Responsible for transporting products to and from company facilities and sterilizers, ensuring cargo is secure and documentation is accurate. Performs vehicle inspections, delivers LTL shipments to local customers, and maintains production logs.
Requires a high school diploma and two years of experience driving medium-sized trucks with a valid state license. Must be at least 21 years old, meet DOT requirements, and have a clean driving record for the last three years.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DESEMPEÑADAS
1. Transportar productos hacia y desde los edificios e instalaciones de la empresa.
2. Cargar, descargar y transportar productos hacia y desde el esterilizador.
3. Comprobar que la documentación de la carga sea correcta, que esté adjunta a la misma y que coincida con el recuento de pallets de productos.
4. Se asegura de que los productos cargados estén bien sujetos mediante film retráctil y flejes para mantener la integridad de la carga, minimizando los desplazamientos y los daños.
5. Se asegura de que los sistemas de bloqueo de muelle y/o los calzos para ruedas estén activados para garantizar que el camión quede seguro junto al edificio durante la carga y descarga.
6. Entrega envíos LTL a clientes locales.
7. Transporta pallets vacíos o dañados al punto de recogida.
8. Realiza inspecciones del vehículo antes y después del viaje y completa la documentación necesaria.
9. Se asegura de que se documenten los problemas de reparación o mantenimiento y de que se notifique a la dirección de inmediato.
10. Se asegura de que se complete el registro diario de producción.
11. Mantiene una comunicación segura con el supervisor durante el transporte de cargas.
12. Realiza otras funciones y tareas relacionadas según sea necesario.
