The Collision Estimator is responsible for educating customers on repair processes and insurance procedures while managing the repair lifecycle. They must perform accurate damage evaluations, write estimates, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the repair process.
Candidates should possess strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex is preferred, along with experience dealing with insurance partners.
