The Stationary Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of building systems, including HVAC and refrigeration. This includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing auxiliary machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
Candidates must be a member of Union Local 39 in good standing and hold an EPA 608 Certification for refrigerant handling. Demonstrated expertise in operating and repairing complex building systems as specified in the CBA is required.
Pay: $74.96/hr
