The Assistant Production Manager provides leadership to the production departments during night shifts to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are met. They are responsible for managing personnel, overseeing manufacturing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should have an associate degree and 3-5 years of experience supervising hourly personnel in a manufacturing or food/beverage environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong leadership and communication skills are required.
