Lead supplier development and cost reduction strategies to improve the company's cost position and supply chain alignment. Manage supplier quality performance, lead the PPAP process, and act as a technical liaison between Procurement and Engineering.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in supplier quality/development or 3 years within Reading Engineering. Proficiency in CAD software and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is expected.
