The Service Technician performs preventative maintenance, NFPA-compliant inspections, and pump testing on fire and emergency rescue vehicles. They are also responsible for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, installing emergency equipment, and performing custom fabrication.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of experience in diesel, heavy truck, or emergency vehicle maintenance. Strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency in electrical and hydraulic systems, and the ability to perform welding are required.

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician/ Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT) in our Oklahoma City, OK location to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, pump testing, and system installation on fire apparatus and emergency rescue vehicles including pumpers, aerials, tankers, and rescue units.
If you are a hands-on technician who enjoys mechanical work, electrical systems, fabrication, and solving problems that directly support first responders, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in emergency vehicle service.
