Azienda specializzata nello sviluppo di progetti creativi e produttivi per marchi di lusso, con forte focus su retail experiences, gift, packaging, materiali POP ed eventi in-store, è alla ricerca di un/una Production Project Manager con esperienza nella gestione di progetti orientati alla produzione per il settore moda/lusso.
La figura avrà un ruolo centrale di coordinamento operativo tra cliente, team creativo e team di produzione, garantendo il corretto avanzamento dei progetti nel rispetto di timeline, budget, qualità e obiettivi condivisi.
Il contesto è dinamico e in continua evoluzione, con molteplici progetti gestiti in parallelo. Cerchiamo quindi una persona strutturata, organizzata e capace di supervisionare processi complessi mantenendo attenzione al dettaglio e sensibilità estetica.
La posizione richiede obbligatoriamente base a Milano e presenza full-time in ufficio: il ruolo prevede lavoro esclusivamente in presenza.
Responsabilità principali
1. Coordinamento progettuale e operativo
Gestione delle timeline di progetto, monitoraggio delle scadenze e supervisione dello stato avanzamento lavori;
Coordinamento delle attività operative tra team creativo e team di produzione;
Organizzazione dei flussi di lavoro e definizione delle priorità in base alle esigenze progettuali;
Supervisione dei budget di progetto e monitoraggio dei costi legati alle produzioni.
2. Gestione del flusso creativo-produttivo
Raccolta, organizzazione e condivisione di file esecutivi, modifiche, feedback e aggiornamenti tra i diversi team coinvolti;
Coordinamento delle revisioni progettuali e controllo della corretta implementazione delle richieste creative;
Supporto al team creativo nella traduzione delle idee in materiali e output produttivi concreti;
Verifica della coerenza tra concept creativo, fattibilità produttiva e risultato finale.
3. Coordinamento cliente-produzione
Interfaccia operativa tra cliente e team di produzione per progetti dedicati a gift, props, packaging e materiali retail;
Gestione delle richieste specifiche del cliente e monitoraggio delle relative implementazioni;
Allineamento costante con i team interni per garantire qualità, tempistiche e coerenza progettuale;
Supporto nella preparazione di recap, timing, presentazioni operative e documentazione di progetto.
4. Supervisione e controllo dei processi
Monitoraggio dell’intero ciclo di produzione insieme al team dedicato;
Capacità di identificare criticità operative e contribuire alla loro risoluzione in modo tempestivo;
Introduzione e gestione di strumenti organizzativi strutturati (gantt, file di avanzamento, dashboard operative);
Funzione di raccordo tra reparti creativi, operativi e cliente, garantendo fluidità e chiarezza nei processi.
5. Supporto logistico e amministrativo
Supervisione delle movimentazioni di materiali e spedizioni legate ai progetti;
Monitoraggio delle tempistiche logistiche e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche operative;
Coordinamento interno per garantire corretta gestione e tracciamento dei materiali;
Supporto nella gestione amministrativa relativa alle produzioni e alle spedizioni, inclusa la verifica della documentazione e della fatturazione legata alla merce.
Non verranno prese in considerazione candidature senza i seguenti Requisiti e Competenze:
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di Project Management o Production Coordination in contesti moda, lusso, retail o comunicazione creativa;
Esperienza nella gestione di progetti legati a packaging, gifting, materiali POP, props o produzioni speciali è considerato un plus;
Capacità di coordinare team multidisciplinari e gestire molteplici progetti contemporaneamente;
Forte sensibilità estetica e attenzione alla qualità del dettaglio;
Ottime capacità organizzative, di pianificazione e problem solving;
Attitudine al coordinamento e alla gestione di processi complessi;
Inglese fluente, parlato e scritto;
Flessibilità, disponibilità, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e forte dedizione al lavoro;
Presenza full-time a Milano obbligatoria.
Competenze tecniche
Ottima gestione di timeline, budget e processi operativi;
Familiarità con strumenti organizzativi e di project management;
Capacità di gestione di flussi esecutivi, revisioni e materiali di produzione;
Precisione nella gestione della documentazione progettuale e dei deliverable;
