Contexte et objectifs du poste :
Dans le cadre de la stratégie d’amélioration de nos usines, nous cherchons un planificateur de production et maintenance. Sous la responsabilité du responsable des opérations du site de Bedoin, vos objectifs principaux sont les suivants :
Support à la planification et hiérarchisation des opérations afin de garantir des performances maximales et des délais minimaux
Support planification de la main-d’œuvre, de l'équipement, des auxiliaires et des matières premiers nécessaires pour couvrir la demande de production en fonction de la demande du client et des stocks disponibles, passage de commandes.
Améliorer l'exécution des ordres de travail et maximiser la disponibilité des machines en ajoutant une préparation détaillée aux ordres de travail et en veillant à l'accessibilité des pièces de rechange nécessaires en collaboration avec les superviseurs de production et maintenance.
Responsabilités :
Sécurité : Connaître les règlements de sécurité de Sibelco et s'assurer que les activités sont conformes à ces règlements
Planification : Aider à la planification des travaux de maintenance et de la production en support des superviseurs
Fournir des tableaux de bords informatisés, constitués en allant chercher des données dans différents outils, bases de données, fichiers variés.
Suivi de production via l’outil SIBELCO Site Ops. Suivi d’indicateur tels que le Yield, ATP, OEP …
Suivi de maintenance via la saisie des ordres de travaux, des stocks
