Candidates should have experience in heavy manufacturing or construction, though it is preferred rather than required. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Hubbell is seeking a Caster for our 2nd Shift Casting, Large Box department department in the Chatsworth, CA facility and to be part of a growing, dynamic, and diverse team during a time of growth. Production casters will work with polymer concrete casted enclosures of various sizes by preparing and dressing molds, filling and demolding parts using an overhead crane and various hand tools. Pay will begin at $20.50 with a 10% shift premium for all hours worked in the 2nd shift. In addition, as a newly hired employee, you will be eligible to receive a $1000 retention bonus after the 90th day with Hubbell. Health care benefits start on the first of the month following your hire date.
