Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to meet production goals while ensuring safety and quality standards. Perform routine sanitation and communicate effectively with the team lead to address equipment issues.
Requires at least one year of machine operator experience and the physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be willing to work a rotating night shift schedule.
Operate plant equipment in a safe manner to meet planned performance expectations.
Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
Complete quality checks as outlined in established procedures.
Participate in routine sanitation processes utilizing specific chemicals.
Communicate with the Team Lead and Maintenance to address equipment issues promptly.
Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
Complete other tasks or projects as assigned.
1+ years of machine operator experience.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Willing to work a rotating day‑shift schedule of 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (three weeks Monday–Wednesday followed by three weeks Thursday–Saturday). Potential to work Sundays depending on production needs.
