The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment, motors, and instrumentation in accordance with safety standards. They must also perform preventive maintenance, document work orders, and maintain plant housekeeping.
Candidates must have an associate's degree in industrial maintenance or three to five years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to read electrical schematics, operate maintenance equipment, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and ladder work.
