The Quality Engineer will lead quality initiatives, manage customer complaints, and drive continuous improvement within the manufacturing process. They are responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting audits, and providing technical support to the quality team.
Candidates must hold a degree in engineering or a scientific discipline and possess at least 3 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in APQP tools, problem-solving methodologies, and ISO 9001 standards is required.

In this role, you will collaborate across departments to lead quality initiatives, investigate and resolve customer concerns, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen our Quality Management System. Undertake a range of diverse tasks which serve to maintain and improve product quality, the quality management system and the efficiency of the company’s manufacturing processes. Work effectively and efficiently with both colleagues and external partners (incl. customers and suppliers) and where appropriate, demonstrate mastery in the use of quality-based tools or methodologies in order to accomplish these tasks.
