The role involves performing general building and facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs. Additionally, the incumbent will manage preventative maintenance programs and ensure material handling equipment remains reliable.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of facility maintenance experience and familiarity with material handling equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Familiar with material handling equipment, basic maintenance skills for repairs, preventative maintenance, and other skills as needed.
Position: Building Maintenance
Shift:Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am
Pay: $22.55 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Previous warehouse maintenance experience, experience with forklifts. Ability to learn or understand Microsoft Office 365 with an aptitude for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
