The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents and staff in a post-acute facility. Key tasks include cleaning common areas, sanitizing resident rooms, and managing cleaning supplies and equipment.
A high school diploma is preferred, and previous experience in healthcare housekeeping is a plus. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting 25 lbs and follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines.
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position ensures that all areas of the facility are free of obstacles, odors, and debris, contributing to the overall health and comfort of those in our care.
This position has no supervisory requirements.
Ability to read and understand procedure and instruction manuals
