The Inventory Manager oversees all inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across multiple warehouse locations and product categories. This includes leading cycle count programs, reconciling variances, and developing standardized procedures for tracking and handling inventory.
Candidates need 3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, including familiarity with BOMs and ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams and drive accountability are essential.
Position Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and controlling all inventory operations across Reeder Distributors, including fuel equipment, fuel and lube products, and construction project inventory. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, accountability across all warehouse and inventory locations, as well as maintaining organization and flow of the warehouses.
The Inventory Manager will lead inventory control processes, manage cycle count programs, reconcile month-end inventory variances, oversee transfers and receiving activities, and develop procedures that support accurate inventory tracking and operational excellence. This position plays a critical role in supporting service, installation, sales, and warehouse operations throughout the organization.
