Responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness and the proper arrangement of production materials in racks. Duties include loading, unloading, and picking orders by hand or using pallet jacks while documenting load conditions.
This is an entry-level position requiring no prior experience but necessitating the ability to read work orders and pick lists. Knowledge of the custom store fixture industry and receiving processes is required.
Responsible for warehouse cleanliness and proper arrangement of warehouse. Individuals are in charge of making sure warehouse is autocleaning production is maintained properly in the racks. Load, unload and move product and materials by hand, on carts, pallets, skid and pallet jacks following company Safety guidelines and best practices.
Schedule: Employees are assigned to one of four rotating shift teams. A and B Shifts work 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while C and D Shifts work 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays.
Salary Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour dependent on experience
pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living *
Bonus/Incentive Pay y: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and trip rate bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
