The production operator is responsible for preparing and operating encapsulation machinery to produce gelatin capsules while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. They must also perform process controls, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation of all production activities.
Candidates must have a completed secondary education, with a preference for technical or electromechanical backgrounds. At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical production sector and knowledge of GMP are required.
