Propósito de la posición:
Gestionar la estrategia de Mantenimiento con el objetivo de asegurar la continuidad operativa de todas las líneas de producción optimizando los recursos, los equipos, los costos y desarrollando a los asociados. Observando que en todos los casos se cumplan con las normas de Seguridad e Higiene; Calidad, Medio Ambiente y la correcta aplicación de los principios y prácticas de inocuidad alimentaria en consonancia con sus actividades
Las principales responsabilidades son:
Asegurar la continuidad operativa de equipos/edificios/vehículos desarrollando y ejecutando planes de acción correctivos y preventivos.
• Coordinación de tareas y recursos para la ejecución de trabajos necesarios para el funcionamiento de todos los componentes operativos de la planta, en conjunto con el Programador de Mantenimiento.
• Definir las prioridades junto al Programador de Mantenimiento para la implementación y continuidad de la estrategia de Mantenimiento en Fábrica.
• Gestionar la capacitación del equipo de mantenimiento en lo referente a equipamiento de proceso, sistemas y buenas prácticas.
• Desarrollar y acrecentar el sentido de proactividad entre sus colaboradores con respecto a calidad de productos, costos, eficiencia de operación de planta, seguridad, protección del medio ambiente, etc.
• Cumplir con la política corporativa relacionada a RRHH la cual expresa que las relaciones interpersonales deben estar basadas en la confianza y el respeto mutuo como así también en la no discriminación y la honestidad.
• Garantizar la implementación de la metodología TPM basado en la filosofía NCE.
Los requisitos del puesto son:
Estudiante avanzado y/o recibido de Ingeniería Mecánica/Electromecánico o afines
Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en la Posición de Supervisor en empresas de consumo masivo.
Inglés Intermedio
Nivel avanzado en manejo de Office (Excel, PowerPoint) y SAP
Disponibilidad para trabajar en Horarios Rotativos
