As we expand into a new facility near Arlington, TX, we're seeking an exceptional Electrical Assembly Lead to work closely with our Production Supervisor and the other leaders to build and grow this new facility.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Lead Hand will ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values.
Lead department in a shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met consistently.
Location: Arlington, TX
Pay: $29-35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 5:45AM-4:15PM
