Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of extrusion manufacturing experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to obtain forklift certification are required.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for setting up production lines, performing equipment changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and helping operators achieve safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
This position follows a 12-hour rotating Panama schedule (2-2-3) in our 24/7 manufacturing operation.
