Responsibilities
Trainees will learn to operate CNC machines to create critical components for military helicopters and commercial aircraft using exotic alloys. The role involves performing statistical process control and maintaining high-quality finished products in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds is required.

We will train you from the ground up to become a world-class CNC Machinist, using exotic alloys to make components used in military helicopters and commercial aircraft. Oh, and did we mention that you will be paid from day 1? You can look forward to starting at $16.01 an hour andeligibility for pay increases every 3 months from there! Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
Ability to perform statistical process control input and interpret statistical data to compensate for machining deviation. Ability to perform mathematical calculations on fractions, percentages, decimals, and machine speeds/feeds.
