Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at our Contract Manufacturer site in Horsham, PA, where you will play a critical role at the intersection of supplier performance and product quality. In this highly collaborative environment, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to elevate supplier capability, mitigate risk, and ensure flawless execution across the product lifecycle.
This role goes beyond traditional quality engineering—you will be a key driver of improvement, using data, structured problem-solving, and supplier engagement to solve complex challenges while strengthening Veeco’s global supplier ecosystem.
As you grow in this role, you will take increasing ownership of supplier performance, contribute to supplier strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact product quality, cost, and delivery performance.

The expected salary range for this position is $87,788—$127,290, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors when determining your pay.
