The Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle of Energy Management System (EMS) projects, ensuring stability and seamless integration into customer control rooms. This includes coordinating technical workflows between platforms and SCADA systems while managing milestone reviews and go-live handovers.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in EMS or SCADA implementation. Proven expertise in real-time grid applications and leading cross-functional teams in critical infrastructure environments is required.

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
