KONE Italia fa parte di KONE, uno dei leader mondiali nel settore degli ascensori e delle scale mobili. KONE offre ai propri clienti ascensori, scale mobili, porte e soluzioni innovative leader del settore per la manutenzione e la modernizzazione.
Il/La Supervisore di Installazione gestisce e controlla i progetti affidatigli fin dalla fase di passaggio di consegne tra vendite e operations, arrivando al completamento dei lavori e consegna al il cliente.
Ha l’incarico di guidare e gestire il team di montaggio o riparazione al fine di garantire sicurezza, alta qualità, consegna completa e puntuale delle soluzioni KONE (prodotti e impianti), nel pieno rispetto degli obiettivi di budget.
Effettua la pianificazione dei lavori di installazione o riparazione e li gestisce fino all’ultimazione e consegna al cliente;
È responsabile della verifica e rispetto dell’applicazione delle norme di sicurezza, delle procedure relative al metodo di lavoro e del corretto utilizzo dei DPI;
È responsabile del risultato economico dei progetti rispettando i costi di esecuzione preventivati;
Garantisce una comunicazione costante verso il cliente durate tutto l’iter della commessa;
Fornisce tempestive ed efficaci risposte ai bisogni dei clienti;
Pianifica e organizza l’attività e le dotazioni dei tecnici;
Pianifica ed organizza il piano temporale di esecuzione del portafoglio commesse in sua gestione garantendo tempestività e rapidità di esecuzione;
Supporta le valutazioni economiche e tecniche per lo sviluppo delle offerte commerciali
Garantisce una gestione efficiente degli aspetti ambientali connessi all’installazione o riparazione (smaltimento rifiuti, gestione materiali pericolosi, riduzione al minimo dei trasporti);
Effettua i sopralluoghi di cantiere per verificare lo stato avanzamento lavori, l’acquisizione di informazioni tecniche inerenti le commesse e la consegna dei lavori al cliente e supervisore servizi manutenzione;
Garantisce lo sviluppo delle competenze tecniche e relazionali dei propri collaboratori e subappaltatori;
E’ responsabile della soddisfazione del cliente e della qualità delle lavorazioni;
E’ responsabile delle prestazioni dei subappaltatori in termini di sicurezza, qualità e rispetto dei tempi di lavorazione.
Attenzione al cliente;
Conoscenza tecnologica delle principali tipologie di ascensori, scale e tappeti mobili (consigliata);
Conoscenze di base delle tecniche di Project Management;
Conoscenza dell’ Inglese parlato e scritto;
Possesso del patentino di ascensorista (gradito);
Capacità relazionali, comunicative e di collaborazione;
Capacità decisionali e di esecuzione;
Utilizzo professionale dei principali applicativi Microsoft.
Inserimento previsto con contratto CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria;
Retribuzione annua lorda tra €40 000 e €45 000 in funzione dell’esperienza e delle competenze maturate;
Il pacchetto retributivo è completato da premi variabili e benefit aziendali.
