- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capability.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability within Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
