2. 从业经验 5 年及以上工业设备销售 / 大客户管理经验，有汽车配件、电子制造、新能源锂电行业设备销售背景优先；熟悉标识赋码设备、生产加工设备、检测设备从业者加分，具备完整大客户从开发到长期经营的成功案例。
3. 核心能力 具备极强市场敏锐度、行业需求挖掘及高层人脉攻关能力；可独立完成客户调研、方案设计、商务谈判、合同签订全流程；擅长构建双向信任，影响客户关键决策人，谈判及成交能力突出。
