Requires a university degree in engineering and at least five years of experience in turbocharger or engine development. Candidates must possess strong project management skills, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Job Description
• Design and develop required turbocharger(s) to meet customer's needs, in line with the product platforms, as to the marketing strategy.
• Create ECN to release turbocharger and outline drawing, issue engineering bill of material, complete TRA and its approval.
• Actively communicate with customers to follow up development and qualification of turbocharger on engine.
• Provide technical support to customers in turbocharger, engine testing, vehicle testing, installation, field trouble shooting, and to functional dept. internally for assigned OEM's.
• Involve product and technology introduction strategy in line with marketing strategy.
• lead the design review and assess the risk, ensure technical risk in managed
• Manage the project, include design review and customer connection and project status management
• Complete work in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements
• Participate business trips per LE’s instruction. Write trip report for each business trip.
• Provide technical support to functional dept. for assigned OEM’s in the manner of teamwork.
• Carry out instructions from direct supervisor in an effective and timely manner.
• Support customers as a back-up for immediate supervisor when he is absent in office.
• Submit Monthly Progress Report to supervisor.
• Actively involve in six-sigma plus programs and apply six-sigma plus principles to daily works to solve problems.
• Manage the project, include design review and customer connection and project status management.
