The Spectrum Superiority sector of L3Harris is on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Program Manager to propel a high-performing cross-functional team towards success on a flagship missile defense program. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to the Senior Program Manager, guiding the team through every phase of the execution lifecycle and ensuring flawless strategic management of cost, schedule, and technical performance across all integrated product teams (IPTs).
You will have the responsibility of working with the technical and functional leads, developing program status, and sharing progress updates with internal and customer stakeholders.
