The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join one of Australia's fastest growing premium spirit and beverage companies. We are looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed individual to join our Supply Chain team. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams along with our 3rd Party Logistics providers, you will make it your priority to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to customers. This role is a 7-month fixed term contract available for immediate start with an opportunity to extend based on business needs.
Reporting into the Supply Chain Operations Manager AUNZ, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead team to deliver day to day customer order fulfilment and service level attainment - working with 3rd party logistics providers owning on time and in full delivery – all customers
Own and deliver customer DC booking outcomes
First point of escalation for order/delivery related issues - Owning distribution and logistics partners interactions throughout the order to cash cycle
Operational reporting and KSP operational management
Driving best in class proactive customer communication, ensuring all updates are provided and queries resolved in a timely manner
Supporting broader Supply Chain team as needed including CI
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience within FMCG, operations or liquor industry
Prior working experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERP
Prior experience leading teams to deliver operational outcomes in a fast-paced FMCG environment
Customer focused, customer obsessed mindset with a solid understanding of warehousing & transport
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinker, can work independently or within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Intermediate Excel skills, Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management that ensures each customer order is managed end to end efficiently and accurately within desired timeframes
