The Keyholder is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, offering product recommendations, and educating customers on cannabis. They also manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and ensuring strict compliance with cannabis regulations.
Candidates must have previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience and possess a valid cannabis selling certification. Applicants must meet the provincial minimum age requirement and be capable of standing for extended periods while lifting up to 40 lbs.
