The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements for small to medium-scale projects while maintaining relationships with end users. They also partner with the business community to develop user acceptance testing and ensure successful application transitions to production.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in a business analyst role. Proficiency in business analyst fundamentals, requirements documentation, and business process modeling is required.

In this role, you will be accountable for maintaining the relationship with the end user for small to medium scale projects. You are responsible for eliciting requirements/user stories and representing them throughout the systems development cycle. The CS Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation and documentation for a small to medium sized project and work as part of a business analysis team on larger projects under the supervision of more senior colleagues.
