• Nhà Tốt aspires to be Vietnam’s leading digital property marketplace, empowering millions of people to buy, sell, and rent homes with confidence and efficiency.
• We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team and lead initiatives that directly drive supply growth. The ideal candidate brings a strategic and result-oriented mindset - turns ideas into action and measurable results; moves fast to test, learn, and scale what works.

Scope:

1. Growth Planning

• Develop annual and monthly growth plan to drive supply acquisition and engagement with clear success metrics.

• Translate the growth plan to feasible initiatives roadmap, leveraging various growth loops and channels.  

• Develop Go-To-Market plan for Nha Tot’s strategic product features with clear target and value proposition. 

2. Experimentation & Execution

• Execute end-to-end campaigns and optimize performance to acquire and engage agents (via both online and offline channels). 

• Translate the Go To Market plans to execution plan and implement.

• Across all the executions scope, closely track campaign performance; identify actionable insights and next actions to continuously improve the outcomes.

• Own the user communication strategy for key projects, setting up marketing automation flows to improve conversion, activation & engagement.

• 1-2 years of experience in planning, executing and optimising successful marketing and growth campaigns.

• Critical, reasoning and logical thinking. 

• Self-motivation & strong project & stakeholder management.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude

• Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure

• Strong command of English and Vietnamese language

• Knowledge of the property industry, data mindset and SQL/ BigQuery are advantages.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field, with good scholastic records.
