Shape how a multi‑billion‑euro global organization predicts demand, allocates resources, and makes decisions by scaling AI‑powered predictive steering across markets worldwide; as Global Transformation Lead (m/f/d) – AI‑Powered Business Steering (Predictive Business Steering), you will redefine how Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics work together, shifting the organization from reactive planning to predictive decision‑making powered by real consumer demand signals; this is a rare opportunity to transform a proven AI capability into an enterprise‑wide competitive advantage while influencing senior leaders and delivering measurable commercial impact.
You have successfully led enterprise-wide transformation programs that combine: AI-powered decision making, Predictive analytics, Business process redesign, Senior stakeholder influence, Global change adoption, Cross-functional operating model transformation.
You know how to bridge strategy, analytics, and execution—translating advanced predictive capabilities into everyday business decisions that create tangible commercial and financial value.
KEY TASKS:
Own the strategic vision and global evolution of Consumer Health's Predictive Business Steering model, establishing predictive decision-making as a core enterprise capability.
Lead the evolution of PBS by translating strategic themes into pragmatic process improvements and enhancements;
Lead enterprise-wide transformation across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology, creating a new operating model built on predictive intelligence.
Create and execute the roadmap that scales predictive steering from a successful innovation into a globally embedded business capability.
Orchestrate Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, BI&A, and Tech around one predictive truth, representing market realities into global design and bringing global design back into markets;
Lead adoption through the “messy middle” by enabling local champions and change agents, codifying best practices, and tailoring approaches for markets at different stages of maturity;
Institutionalize the ONE NUMBER principle and valorization logic across markets and planning cycles, embedding them into forecasting and steering routines;
Build a global network of transformation champions who accelerate adoption, challenge legacy thinking, and drive measurable business outcomes across markets.
WHO YOU ARE
15+ years of leadership experience spanning business transformation, Integrated Business Planning, advanced forecasting, analytics, commercial operations, and cross-functional operating model design.
Demonstrated delivery of measurable business outcomes such as forecast accuracy improvements, inventory reduction, revenue growth acceleration, service-level improvements, or productivity gains through predictive planning and AI-enabled decision making.
Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale transformation, process standardization, or global rollouts across multiple markets or functions;
Demonstrated ability to shift decision-making behavior of senior leaders and local markets away from legacy forecasting methods toward predictive and data-driven steering.
Strong understanding of sell‑out metrics, retailer data, and consumption‑driven planning, ideally in a consumer or retail‑driven environment;
Proven ability to influence Senior-level stakeholders without direct authority in complex matrix organizations.
Ability to translate complex ecosystems of tools, data, and processes into simple, actionable guidance for markets and functions;
Strong structural and conceptual thinking, with the ability to design, standardize, and scale global processes across geographies;
Experience navigating cross‑functional environments (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tech), even without deep technical or financial specialization;
Led the implementation or scaling of AI-driven forecasting, demand sensing, predictive planning, or advanced analytics capabilities that materially improved business performance.
