The Facilities Supervisor manages the operational activities of the Maintenance Department across all sites, including personnel management and budget planning. Candidates should have an associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, preferably with three years in the medical or hospitality fields. Proficiency in contract bidding, corporate document drafting, and knowledge of healthcare facility regulations is required.

We're looking for someone to join our team as a Facilities Supervisor who:
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, rules and regulations of funding agencies, licensing, and Clinica Sierra Vista (CSV) policies and procedures, the person handling this position is responsible for operational activities of the Maintenance Department of all sites. The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing all Maintenance Department personnel along with working in conjunction with the Facilities Manager in planning, budgeting and scheduling work and projects for each health center, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs. The healthcare Facility Supervisor must be familiar with standards for state, federal and private facilities as well as standards applicable to the healthcare facilities industry for organizations such as the American Institute of Architects, Americans with Disabilities Act, Environmental Protection Agency, National Fire Protection Association, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The Supervisor is also responsible for developing and keeping within the operating budget. The Supervisor must be able to negotiate service agreements that meet the facility's budgetary goals. Policies concerning human resources are set out, and adherence to those policies is controlled by the Facilities Supervisor.
