We’re seeking a visionary and inclusive leader to join us as a Director in our Cost Management team. You’ll bring strong expertise in leadership, managing cost management professionals within larger teams, business development and delivering successful solutions for clients.
In this role, you will:
Drive business development and expand our presence in the market.
Lead end-to-end delivery of cost management services across real-estate projects.
Inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation.
Build and maintain key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Champion service delivery excellence and contribute to strategic growth.
Qualifications
Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, cost management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
Bachelor in Quantity Surveying or equivalent knowledge and experience.
At least 15-20 years’ + experience.
A strong background in the delivery of consultancy services to the sectors serviced by Turner & Townsend.
Experience of leading cost management commissions for medium, large, sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
Strong people management experience, particularly in the context of managing a cost management team delivering a project.
