The Operations Associate is responsible for executing store operations, including pricing, signing, restocking merchandise, and unloading trucks. They also contribute to omnichannel efforts such as order fulfillment and maintaining backroom standards to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of retail experience and the ability to work early morning shifts. The role requires physical activity, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to follow merchandising strategies efficiently.
