Responsible for passenger check-ins, verifying travel documentation, and managing gate activities including seat assignments and announcements. The role also involves handling baggage claims and assisting passengers with airport-related issues.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a drug screen and FBI background check, and be able to lift up to 70lbs. Proficiency in English and intermediate computer skills are required, with prior customer service experience strongly preferred.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for checking in passengers for flights at the ticket counter and gates; as well as verifying passenger documentation, assigning seats, providing gate information, checking baggage, and assisting passengers with their issues in the airport.
This individual must adhere to Menzies Aviation uniform guidelines and codes of conduct.
