The Luxury Sales Specialist is responsible for strategically acquiring luxury consignment inventory by building relationships with high-net-worth individuals. They manage the end-to-end white-glove logistics of item pickup and valuation while meeting monthly procurement KPIs.
Candidates must possess an established network of luxury contacts and deep expertise in high-end brands across fashion, jewelry, and watches. A proven track record in target-driven sales and the ability to travel 70% of the time is required.
Monetize Your Existing Network: Leverage your established book of business—including VIP contacts, stylists, personal shoppers, and affluent individuals—to source high-quality luxury consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.
Cultivate Elite Client Relationships: Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through a highly personalized, white-glove service.
Drive Independent Growth: Develop and execute your own creative outreach and networking strategies to consistently bring in high-end luxury consignments and cultivate deeper longer lasting client relationships.
Manage End-to-End Logistics: Secure luxury items from clients and seamlessly coordinate pickup, valuation, and secure shipment to our authentication centers.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a flawless, premium experience throughout the consignment lifecycle to ensure maximum client retention and repeat business.
Established Book of Business: A robust, active personal and professional network capable of immediately generating recurring, high-value luxury consignment opportunities and new sellers.
Luxury Brand Expertise: Deep knowledge of and passion for top-tier luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
Autonomous & Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive results without daily oversight.
Sophisticated Relationship Management: Exceptional professionalism and the business acumen required to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
Digital Proficiency: Comfort utilizing CRM tools and digital platforms to manage your client pipeline.
Mobility: Ability to travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
A current, valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets)
Car insurance meeting local requirements and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Industry Background: Current or prior experience in personal styling, luxury retail sales, real estate, interior design, or high-end public relations.
