Our Strategic SCM team is responsible for supply chain processes and systems design & deployment, flawless product launches, global logistics and broader business execution, including working capital management. Our supplier quality team works with site quality engineering staff to set and monitor consistent supplier quality performance KPI’s, address supplier performance issues, and drive ongoing quality performance improvement. With leading supply chain capabilities and integrated services tailored to meet our customers' unique requirements, our unified supply chain is adaptive and responsive to continuous change. It is how we help our customers stay ahead in a dynamic market environment.
Advanced expertise in one or more areas of specialization; applies expertise cross-functionally. Work is guided by broad site objectives and corporate policy. Incumbents oversee very complex, or multiple complex projects, including cross-functional projects where a high degree of judgment and independence are required in developing solutions and resolving unusual problem situations. Incumbents have decision-making authority and autonomy to deliver on goals of department/function, as applicable. Influences others cross-functionally to ensure department or functional goals met, and resolves conflicts in an effective manner.
