The Facility Manager is responsible for the facility's P&L, operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They oversee workforce management, asset maintenance, inventory control, and compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least five years of operations management and seven years of warehouse experience. Proficiency in WMS, Microsoft Applications, and a Forklift Certification are also required.
The Facility Manager will have in depth knowledge of Sonwil procedures & policies, capabilities, and customer requirements. They will be responsible for the P&L at the facility and be required to achieve performance levels based on objectives set by senior operations management on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. They will manage operations of the facility with the goal of achieving a high level of customer satisfaction while at the same time reducing operating costs within the facility.
