The Dock Coordinator manages all inbound and outbound freight scheduling while collaborating with management to ensure efficient facility operations. They are responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, directing drivers, and tracking material movement to meet labor and operational needs.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and at least 5 years of experience in a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience in planning, supply chain, inventory management, and logistics.

The Dock Coordinator is responsible for all inbound and outbound scheduling. This position collaborates with Inbound and Outbound management to coordinate freight companies into and out of the facility. The dock coordinator is responsible for correctly collecting, sharing, and filing data pertaining to inbound and outbound freight.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: At 5 least years of experience in a related area. Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics experience preferred
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, or 6 pm to 6 am Monday through Friday depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.
