The supervisor will diagnose and resolve hardware issues while managing the installation and maintenance of distribution center and store equipment. They are responsible for coordinating equipment repairs and ensuring accurate inventory tracking to maintain operational efficiency.
Candidates must possess basic hardware troubleshooting skills and the physical ability to lift 50lbs. A+ certification is preferred, and the role requires the ability to work independently or within a team in an on-site environment.
This role provides the opportunity to diagnose equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure the local Dillard’s Distribution Center and Dillard’ stores receive prompt support to keep equipment operating efficiently.
This role is part of the Equipment Service Team within the Dillard’s Information Technology Department. This team supports all of the Dillard’s store point of sale equipment, while providing onsite support to the local Dillard’s Distribution Centers.
Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Olathe KS headquarters. A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
