The Production Manager is responsible for directing daily workflow, managing production KPIs, and ensuring safety compliance within an industrial laundry environment. They oversee staff performance, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels to meet productivity goals and customer expectations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for higher education. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience or 5 years of practical work experience in housekeeping or laundry is preferred.
