The Director leads site feasibility, due diligence, entitlement, and design-support activities for industrial and data center development projects. They manage internal and external teams to resolve complex site issues and ensure projects meet municipal and regulatory requirements.
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management with specific expertise in industrial development and entitlements. A bachelor's degree in a related technical field is preferred, along with the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Prologis
The Director, Development Services supports Prologis’ Deployment and Development teams by leading site feasibility, due diligence, entitlement, and design-support activities for industrial and data center development. The role evaluates potential acquisitions, advances development and build-to-suit projects, and navigates municipal approvals, land-use requirements, and other site-development considerations. This position supports projects primarily across the Southeast region (NC, SC, GA & FL), while monitoring regulatory and municipal changes that may affect the portfolio. The role partners with internal teams, consultants, municipalities, and other external stakeholders to identify development risks, resolve complex site issues, and support informed investment and project decisions.
$151,000 - $190,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI (Long Term Incentives) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
