The coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for fire system services, managing technician schedules and dispatching them to customer sites. They also provide operational support by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and resolving issues with customers and fire marshals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and excellent phone-based customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of experience with fire suppression systems is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

The Customer Experience Coordinator provides outstanding customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities using their knowledge of Alarm Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Suppression Systems or Sprinkler Systems. Duties include answering customer calls, assisting with customer needs, scheduling service for customers, assisting in account reconciliation, preparing reports and invoices, securing permits, and ordering for occasional miscellaneous projects.
