The Depot Supervisor manages daily depot operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met through Lean Manufacturing principles. They provide leadership to floor staff, oversee equipment maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and turnover.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in a fast-paced production environment are required.
JOB SUMMARY:

In addition to providing leadership to the depot employees, the Supervisor will use utilize the principles of Lean Manufacturing/5S to organize the workplace, reveal problems, and sustain improvements in quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
