Serve walk-in customers with plant selection and guidance while managing order entry and fulfillment. Coordinate inventory transfers and assist with the physical loading and unloading of plant materials.
Requires horticultural knowledge or a willingness to learn and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort operating warehouse equipment like forklifts is expected.
Safe work practices and adherence to operational procedures
M-F approximately 730am-4pm. We are a seasonal business and the work hours, and workload will vary depending on the season. Average 40 hours/week annually.
