Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in basic math and the ability to follow specific sorting instructions are required.

This individual inspects, sorts, and categorizes products according to predetermined specifications and standard operating procedures, maintaining adherence to all safety policies and required personal protective equipment at all times. Success in this role requires low-error execution, high efficiency, and consistent upholding of Goodwill BLUE values.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually working in a warehouse environment. This position requires standing for long periods of time. At times this employee may be exposed to the outside environment. The noise in this environment will be moderate to loud.
Must be able to work Monday – Friday on location. Open availability may be requested at a later date.
