Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of stand-up forklift experience. Candidates must be physically able to lift 50 pounds and work 12-hour rotating shifts in ambient temperatures.

Reporting directly to the Flaking Supervisor on B shift, the Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator 1 is responsible for performing all required duties and operating all necessary equipment to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the Flaking department in order to meet stated production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
