The Owner's Representative is responsible for scoping and overseeing light renovations and repairs across a portfolio of homes while managing vendor relationships. The Role
As an OR, you're on the front lines — helping scope, support, and deliver high-quality renovations and turns across your metro. You'll be scoping light turns and RKOs (Repair Key Orders), verifying work on-site, and jumping in hands-on when needed to help Property Engineers (PEs) push homes across the finish line.
This role blends quality control, coaching, project scoping, and field labor. You'll work closely with the General Manager (GM) to keep projects on track while mentoring the crew in the field. You're not afraid to get dirty — whether it's moving appliances, handling light turn work, or catching the details others miss.
