The Forklift and Baler Operator is responsible for accurately moving inventory within the warehouse and operating machinery to compress and bale textiles. They must also maintain accurate inventory records, perform daily equipment checks, and assist with loading and unloading recycle trailers.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills. Previous forklift experience is preferred, and applicants must be able to lift over 50 lbs and pass a drug test.

Re-sellable items are used to support our mission of helping people with disabilities and our nation's veterans to go to work.
The Forklift and Baler Operator will be taking products from designated areas of the facility/warehouse and placing them in proper areas accurately and efficiently. Additionally, they will operate and maintains machine to compress and bale textiles and other materials. Ensures all items are received by machine whether conveyor loaded or hand loaded.
Must be able to pass drug test and random testing. Previous conviction of dangerous or violent crimes will exclude applicant from job.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
| EDUCATION: | High school diploma or equivalent preferred. |
| EXPERIENCE: | Past forklift experience preferred but will train. |
| KNOWLEDGE: | Basic math skills and general knowledge of a forklift. |
